It would be my pleasure to work with you to create your perfect Wedding Cake. As you can see from the extensive gallery pages, I love designing and making cakes; and love the individuality of each creation.

A Wedding Cake is such an important part of your special day, it becomes the centerpiece for your wedding breakfast – something to be proud of. You want your guests to comment on its beauty and of course, totally enjoy each bite when eating it! Taste is JUST as important as how beautiful the cake looks. I offer a personal service to you and will work closely with you to create the perfect cake for YOUR special day.

My clients are always welcome to contact me and discuss ideas, I am more than happy to work with a picture or design you have seen elsewhere that you have fallen in love with and will do my very best to recreate it for you. Of course I offer my Brides a sample of their chosen cake*.  The price of your bespoke cake is dependant on the size, number of tiers, flavour and design but I always try to remain competitive without compromising on quality.

Once a cake is ordered you will receive a written confirmation detailing every aspect of your cake, size, design and cost.

A 40% deposit is required at the time of booking with the final payment due 4 weeks prior to the date of your wedding. Delivery & set-up is included in your quoted price if within 10 miles of Enfield, Middlesex. If the distance is further, I will discuss a delivery & set-up fee with you. You also have the option to collect your Wedding cake (this is not available for stacked wedding cakes).

Your Choice of Wedding cake flavour:

I believe this is one of the most important things when choosing your wedding cake. The flavours I offer are:

  • Rich Fruit Cake
  • Caribbean Fruit Cake
  • Moist Carrot cake
  • Red Velvet
  • Madeira sponge
  • Zesty Lemon Sponge
  • Lime & Coconut
  • Rich Chocolate Sponge

Your choice of Sugarpaste – White, Ivory, Real Belgian Dark, Milk or White Chocolate or a wide range of coloured sugarpastes with or without marzipan

I always use the best ingredients in my cakes – organic and free range wherever possible – and my chocolate cake is made with the best Belgian (at least 70% cocoa solids) chocolate.

I also hire stands for your Wedding cake, whether it is tiered, stacked, Wedding Cupcakes or Mini Cakes – if your cake is above a specified price, the hire of the stand is without charge; otherwise a fee is payable as well as a refundable deposit in case of damage.

Once we have discussed and agreed all the details for your cake I just need your deposit so I can confirm the booking in my diary.

*The quote for your cake must be over £200 for free samples.  For quotes below £200 a £10 charge is applicable but will be redeemed against the cost of your cake when you place an order.
